12Q Hummus Pro™ - Hummus Machine
Stainless steel construction for the ultimate durability. Built to NSF/ANSI Standard 4, all surfaces are food safe. The Hummus Machine is easy to operate and not to mention very easy to clean with the removable pot and blade system. High production ventilated motor allowing continuous use. This Hummus Blender has three blades made from German Stainless Steel that are well balanced to pull the Hummus to the center while mixing. The motor is a strong 1500 Watts / 2 HP that spins at variable speed from 600 up to 3000 RPM. This Hummus Machine is a great tool for small to medium size restaurants that are looking to make a smooth blend of the authentic Middle Eastern Hummus. To run this motor, you will need a dedicated 125V Single Phase power line with a 20 AMP breaker. All electrical components are International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Compliant and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed.
